Andrew J. Goldstein is a trial attorney with over 40 years of litigation experience. Mr. Goldstein heads our civil litigation practice, which handles a wide range of civil matters, including corporate and transactional work, on behalf of individuals, business professionals and corporations. Mr. Goldstein is renowned in the fields of admiralty, maritime and transportation law and has represented clients across the world. The state of New Jersey has recognized Mr. Goldstein as a certified trial attorney and he is also a member of the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Nancy Isaacson heads our bankruptcy and commercial litigation practice. Ms. Isaacson is an experienced litigator with more than 20 years of legal experience. She has been handling bankruptcy and creditor's matters since 1989. Our firm represents creditors in bankruptcy court matters as well as individual and business debtors filing for Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Ms. Isaacson also serves as a Chapter 7 panel trustee.
